Washington High School Basketball - Stanwood routs Marysville-Pilchuck

In Tuesday's league contest, the visiting Stanwood Spartans basketball team scored a big 69-40 triumph over the Marysville-Pilchuck Tomahawks.

The Spartans (5-13) will now prepare for their contest against Snohomish (Snohomish, WA). The Panthers go into the 2A/3A Wesco - North contest with a 6-12 record. In their last contest, Snohomish was trounced by Monroe (Monroe, WA), 66-59, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Tomahawks confront the Everett Seagulls (Everett, WA) in a 2A/3A Wesco - North contest, on Friday, January 31. Marysville-Pilchuck will attempt to better on its 1-17 season record. The Seagulls go into the contest with a 7-11 record after their 63-40 league loss to Marysville Getchell (Marysville, WA).
