Ohio High School Basketball - Memorial nips Western Reserve

In Tuesday's league contest, the host Memorial Red Devils basketball team scored a close 57-55 win over the Western Reserve Blue Devils.

The Red Devils (14-3) will now prepare for their contest against Lowellville (Lowellville, OH). The Rockets come into the Mahoning Valley - Scarlet contest with a 5-11 record. In their last contest, Lowellville was tipped by Mineral Ridge (Mineral Ridge, OH), 61-48, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Blue Devils battle the McDonald Blue Devils (McDonald, OH) in a Mahoning Valley - Scarlet contest, on Friday, January 31.
