In Tuesday's non-league contest, the host Middlebury Tigers basketball team scored a big 52-31 win over the Milton Yellowjackets.
The Tigers (4-8) will now prepare for their contest against Mt. Abraham (Bristol, VT). The Eagles come into the Lake contest with a 6-5 record. In their last contest, Mt. Abraham smashed Missisquoi Valley (Swanton, VT), 48-39, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Yellowjackets battle the Enosburg Falls Hornets (Enosburg Falls, VT) in a non-league contest, on Friday, January 31. Milton will attempt to better on its 3-10 season record. The Hornets come into the contest with a 1-12 record after their 66-43 league loss to Vergennes (Vergennes, VT).
