The Mifflin County Huskies basketball squad (Lewistown, PA), was nudged 40-34 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Palmyra Cougars (Palmyra, PA)
With the victory, Palmyra advances its record to 7-9 on the year. The Cougars travel to Red Land (Lewisberry, PA) to meet the Patriots in a Mid-Penn - Keystone battle on Friday, January 31. The Patriots enter the battle with a record of 6-12. Red Land lost 48-32 in their recent league battle against Cedar Cliff (Camp Hill, PA)
The Huskies now own a 7-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Selinsgrove for a non-league battle on Wednesday, January 29. Mifflin County will meet a Seals squad coming off a 66-47 league win over Midd-West (Middleburg, PA). The Seals record now stands at 7-8.
