Georgia High School Basketball - Stewart County overwhelmed by Mitchell County

The Mitchell County Eagles bounced the visiting Stewart County Royal Knights basketball squad by a final score of 64-20 in Tuesday's league outing.

Next, the Eagles clash with the Seminole County Indians (Donalsonville, GA) in a A D2 Region 1 outing, on Friday, January 31. Mitchell County will attempt to upgrade on its 12-9 season record. The Indians come into the outing with a 10-10 record after their 61-56 league loss to Pelham (Pelham, GA).

The Royal Knights (2-13) will now prepare for their outing against Early County (Blakely, GA). The Bobcats come into the A D2 Region 1 outing with a 12-7 record. In their last outing, Early County was overwhelmed by Randolph-Clay (Cuthbert, GA), 58-48, in a league outing.
