The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the Victory Baptist Academy Saints (Beaver, WV) and the host New Life Christian Academy Lions (Summersville, WV), observed Victory Baptist Academy's basketball team overwhelm New Life Christian Academy by a score of 77-49.
The Saints (9-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Morgantown Christian Academy (Morgantown, WV). The Mustangs come into the West Virginia Christian - AA challenge with a 11-4 record. In their last challenge, Morgantown Christian Academy trounced Harman (Harman, WV), 86-26, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Lions battle the Ignite Athletics Flames (Hurricane, WV) in a Freelance challenge, on Friday, January 31. New Life Christian Academy will attempt to improve on its 9-8 season record. The Flames come into the challenge with a 3-4 record after their 61-46 non-league win over Beth Haven Christian (Omar, WV).
