The Norman North Timberwolves basketball squad (Norman, OK), was nudged 56-54 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Southmoore SaberCats (Moore, OK)
With the victory, Southmoore advances its record to 13-3 on the year. The SaberCats travel to Westmoore (Oklahoma City, OK) to meet the Jaguars in a non-league battle on Thursday, January 30. The Jaguars enter the battle with a record of 9-7. Westmoore lost 68-62 in their recent league battle against Union (Tulsa, OK)
The Timberwolves now own a 10-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Putnam City for a 6A District 1 battle on Friday, January 31. Norman North will meet a Pirates squad coming off a 58-48 non-league win over Webb City (Webb City, MO). The Pirates record now stands at 10-4.
