In Tuesday's league contest, the host Northeast Guilford Rams basketball team scored a big 81-45 win over the Southern Guilford Storm.

The Rams (12-4) will now prepare for their contest against Cummings (Burlington, NC). The Cavaliers come into the non-league contest with a 5-11 record. In their last contest, Cummings smashed Graham (Graham, NC), 77-62, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Storm battle the Atkins Camels (Winston-Salem, NC) in a 3A Mid-State contest, on Friday, January 31. Southern Guilford will attempt to better on its 3-14 season record. The Camels come into the contest with a 2-17 record after their 87-49 league loss to Dudley (Greensboro, NC).
