Texas High School Basketball - Tolar bests Peaster

The Tolar Rattlers basketball team scored 51 points and limited the visiting Peaster Greyhounds to 42 in the Rattlers league triumph on Tuesday.

The Rattlers now possess a 11-17 record. They play next when they travel to Early for a 3A Region I District 8 game on Friday, January 31. Tolar will confront a Longhorns team coming off a 41-35 league loss to Eastland (Eastland, TX). The Longhorns record now stands at 4-18.

With the loss, Peaster falls to 20-9 on the campaign. The Greyhounds travel to Comanche (Comanche, TX) to confront the Indians in a 3A Region I District 8 game on Friday, January 31. The Indians go into the game with a record of 7-14. Comanche lost 57-47 in their recent league game against Millsap (Millsap, TX)
