The Penn Hills Indians basketball team scored 70 points and limited the visiting Shaler Area Titans to 61 in the Indians league triumph on Tuesday.
The Indians now possess a 9-8 record. They play next when they travel to Plum for a WPIAL 5A 2 game on Friday, January 31. Penn Hills will confront a Mustangs team coming off a 65-54 non-league loss to Franklin Regional (Murrysville, PA). The Mustangs record now stands at 7-8.
With the loss, Shaler Area falls to 7-10 on the campaign. The Titans host Kiski Area (Vandergrift, PA) to confront the Cavaliers in a WPIAL 5A 2 game on Friday, January 31. The Cavaliers go into the game with a record of 9-6.
