Georgia High School Basketball - Sandy Creek routs Trinity Christian

January 28, 2025: Sharpsburg, GA 30277

In Tuesday's league contest, the visiting Sandy Creek Patriots basketball team scored a big 79-43 win over the Trinity Christian Lions.

The Patriots (17-3) will now prepare for their contest against Spalding (Griffin, GA). The Jaguars come into the AAA Region 2 contest with a 8-11 record. In their last contest, Spalding was trounced by Mary Persons (Forsyth, GA), 56-46, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Lions battle the Troup County Tigers (LaGrange, GA) in a AAA Region 2 contest, on Thursday, January 30. Trinity Christian will attempt to better on its 1-17 season record. The Tigers come into the contest with a 12-6 record after their 57-55 league win over Upson-Lee (Thomaston, GA).
