Texas High School Basketball - Wilson routs Spruce

January 28, 2025: Dallas, TX 75214

In Tuesday's league contest, the host Wilson Wildcats basketball team scored a big 73-30 win over the Spruce Timberwolves.

The Wildcats (16-14) will now prepare for their contest against Poteet (Mesquite, TX). The Pirates come into the 5A Region II District 14 contest with a 13-14 record. In their last contest, Poteet smashed Samuell (Dallas, TX), 45-41, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Timberwolves battle the Seagoville Dragons (Dallas, TX) in a 5A Region II District 14 contest, on Friday, January 31. Spruce will attempt to better on its 3-19 season record. The Dragons come into the contest with a 17-13 record after their 72-46 league loss to West Mesquite (Mesquite, TX).
