Alabama High School Basketball - Sylacauga bests Talladega

The Sylacauga Aggies basketball team scored 85 points and limited the visiting Talladega Tigers to 72 in the Aggies non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Aggies now possess a 23-3 record. They play next when they travel to Childersburg for a non-league game on Thursday, January 30. Sylacauga will play a Tigers team coming off a 67-48 league win over Comer (Sylacauga, AL). The Tigers record now stands at 16-11.

With the loss, Talladega falls to 6-15 on the campaign. The Tigers host Winterboro (Alpine, AL) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league game on Thursday, January 30. The Bulldogs go into the game with a record of 9-16. Winterboro won 58-50 in their recent non-league game against Comer (Sylacauga, AL)
