Pinnacle Pioneers (Phoenix, AZ) supporters left the game happy Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the host Mountain Ridge Mountain Lions (Glendale, AZ), 72-36 in a league match.

With the victory, Pinnacle advances its record to 2-2 on the year.

The Mountain Lions now own a 8-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host O'Connor for a match on Friday, January 31. Mountain Ridge will meet a Eagles squad coming off a 55-43 non-league loss to Brophy College Prep (Phoenix, AZ). The Eagles record now stands at 1-1.
