The Bulldogs (14-18) will now prepare for their challenge against Life Waxahachie (Waxahachie, TX). The Mustangs come into the 4A Region II District 12 challenge with a 4-21 record. In their last challenge, Life Waxahachie dropped by Alvarado (Alvarado, TX), 38-36, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Indians encounter the Kennedale Wildcats (Kennedale, TX) in a 4A Region II District 12 challenge, on Friday, January 31. Alvarado will attempt to improve on its 12-18 season record. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a 14-15 record after their 45-43 league loss to Godley (Godley, TX).
