With the victory, American Leadership Academy advances its record to 1-7 on the year. The Patriots travel to Saluda (Saluda, SC) to face the Tigers in a AA Region 2 match on Friday, January 31. The Tigers enter the match with a record of 12-3. Saluda won 68-34 in their recent non-league match against Batesburg-Leesville (Batesburg, SC)

The Panthers now own a 7-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Strom Thurmond for a AA Region 2 match on Wednesday, January 29. Pelion will face a Rebels squad coming off a 53-37 league win over Ninety Six (Ninety Six, SC). The Rebels record now stands at 6-10.
