Next, the Hornets encounter the Rule Bobcats (Rule, TX) in a 1A Region II District 15 test, on Friday, January 31. Aspermont will attempt to improve on its 16-6 season record. The Bobcats come into the test with a 3-7 record after their 60-6 league loss to Jayton (Jayton, TX).

The Pirates (11-6) will now prepare for their test against Hamlin (Hamlin, TX). The Pied Pipers come into the 1A Region II District 15 test with a 7-10 record. In their last test, Hamlin was routed by Aspermont (Aspermont, TX), 53-21, in a league test.
