North Carolina High School Basketball - East Burke victorious over Bandys

In Tuesday's league contest, the host East Burke Cavaliers basketball team scored a good 60-41 triumph over the Bandys Trojans.

The Cavaliers (18-1) will now prepare for their contest against Newton-Conover (Newton, NC). The Red Devils go into the 2A Catawba Valley contest with a 14-3 record. In their last contest, Newton-Conover topped Lincolnton (Lincolnton, NC), 57-42, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Trojans confront the Lincolnton Wolves (Lincolnton, NC) in a 2A Catawba Valley contest, on Friday, January 31. Bandys will attempt to better on its 11-6 season record. The Wolves go into the contest with a 11-8 record after their 57-42 league loss to Newton-Conover (Newton, NC).
