Oklahoma High School Basketball - Barnsdall nips Copan

In Tuesday's league contest, the host Barnsdall Panthers basketball team scored a close 42-38 triumph over the Copan Hornets.

The Panthers (8-10) will now prepare for their contest against South Coffeyville (South Coffeyville, OK). The Lions go into the non-league contest with a 14-1 record. In their last contest, South Coffeyville was tipped by Miami (Miami, OK), 51-50, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Hornets battle the Wesleyan Christian Mustangs (Bartlesville, OK) in a non-league contest, on Friday, January 31. Copan will attempt to better on its 5-10 season record. The Mustangs go into the contest with a 11-4 record after their 43-29 non-league loss to Woodland (Fairfax, OK).
