In Tuesday's league contest, the host Blue Ridge Christian Bears basketball team scored a big 64-35 win over the Mt. Carmel Christian Academy Warriors.
The Bears (13-2) will now prepare for their contest against Cornerstone Christian (Rockingham, VA). The Cougars come into the Virginia Christian contest with a 2-6 record.
In their next game, the Warriors battle the United Christian Academy Crusaders (Stanardsville, VA) in a Virginia Christian contest, on Thursday, January 30. Mt. Carmel Christian Academy will attempt to better on its 4-7 season record. The Crusaders come into the contest with a 3-4 record after their 37-34 non-league loss to Ridgeview Christian (Stuarts Draft, VA).
