In their next game, the Tornadoes encounter the Denver City Mustangs (Denver City, TX) in a 3A Region I District 3 challenge, on Friday, January 31. Lamesa will attempt to improve on its 9-22 season record. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a 7-16 record after their 60-19 league win over Compass Academy (Odessa, TX).
