Utah High School Basketball - Cedar fells Crimson Cliffs

January 28, 2025: Cedar City, UT 84720

The Cedar Reds basketball team scored 59 points and limited the visiting Crimson Cliffs Mustangs to 41 in the Reds league triumph on Tuesday.

The Reds now have a 11-7 record. They play next when they travel to Snow Canyon for a 4A Region 9 game on Thursday, January 30. Cedar will confront a Warriors team coming off a 58-35 league win over Pine View (St. George, UT). The Warriors record now stands at 20-0.

With the loss, Crimson Cliffs falls to 4-12 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Desert Hills (St. George, UT) to confront the Thunder in a 4A Region 9 game on Thursday, January 30. The Thunder go into the game with a record of 10-7. Desert Hills won 61-33 in their recent league game against Hurricane (Hurricane, UT)
