The Coventry Patriots (Coventry, CT) basketball beat the visiting East Windsor Panthers (East Windsor, CT), 60-52 in Tuesday's league game.
The Patriots now possess a 13-1 record. They play next when they travel to Windham for a non-league game on Thursday, January 30. Coventry will confront a Whippets team coming off a 57-51 non-league win over Norwich Free Academy (Norwich, CT). The Whippets record now stands at 12-1.

Coventry jumped out early with 2 huge 3's from Danielle Wheeler to go up 6. Reese Jeamel followed it up with a running baseline jumper to put the Patriots up 58-50. E Windsor responded with a basket to close to 6 but Hailey Mayo finished the scoring with 2 free throws for the final score
