Washington High School Basketball - Deer Park overwhelms West Valley

The Deer Park Stags basketball team scored 72 points and limited the visiting West Valley Eagles to 27 in the Stags league triumph on Tuesday.
The Stags now possess a 14-0 record. They play next when they host Grangeville for a non-league game on Thursday, January 30. Deer Park will play a Bulldogs team coming off a 49-48 non-league win over Timberlake (Spirit Lake, ID). The Bulldogs record now stands at 12-5.
With the loss, West Valley falls to 8-8 on the campaign. The Eagles host North Central (Spokane, WA) to play the Wolfpack in a 2A/3A/4A Greater Spokane game on Friday, January 31. The Wolfpack go into the game with a record of 4-12. North Central won 49-46 in their recent league game against Rogers (Spokane, WA)
