In Tuesday's league test, the Sutherlin Bulldogs (Sutherlin, OR) basketball squad trounced the host Douglas Trojans (Winston, OR), by a score of 48-11.

Next, the Bulldogs encounter the Coquille Red Devils (Coquille, OR) in a 3A Far West test, on Friday, January 31. Sutherlin will attempt to improve on its 12-5 season record. The Red Devils come into the test with a 15-1 record after their 48-22 league win over Glide (Glide, OR).

The Trojans (2-16) will now prepare for their test against South Umpqua (Myrtle Creek, OR). The Lancers come into the 3A Far West test with a 5-11 record. In their last test, South Umpqua bounced Siuslaw (Florence, OR), 36-27, in a league test.
