Texas High School Basketball - Westbury Christian can't get by First Baptist Christian

The Westbury Christian Wildcats basketball squad (Houston, TX), was nudged 60-56 in Tuesday's league battle with the host First Baptist Christian Warriors (Pasadena, TX)

With the victory, First Baptist Christian advances its record to 9-1 on the year. The Warriors travel to St. Thomas Episcopal (Houston, TX) to meet the Saints in a Freelance battle on Friday, January 31. The Saints enter the battle with a record of 2-4. St. Thomas Episcopal won 30-26 in their recent league battle against Northland Christian (Houston, TX)

The Wildcats now own a 5-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Northland Christian for a TAPPS 4A District 6 battle on Tuesday, February 4.
