The Granger Lions basketball team scored 61 points and limited the host McDade Bulldogs to 24 in the Lions league triumph on Tuesday.

The Lions now have a 24-6 record. They play next when they host Thorndale for a 2A Region IV District 27 game on Friday, January 31. Granger will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 45-22 league win over McDade (McDade, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 16-13.

With the loss, McDade falls to 8-10 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Holland (Holland, TX) to confront the Hornets in a 2A Region IV District 27 game on Friday, January 31. The Hornets go into the game with a record of 2-19. Holland lost 39-21 in their recent league game against Rosebud-Lott (Rosebud, TX)
