In Tuesday's league contest, the host Holt Rams basketball team scored a good 56-44 win over the Waverly Warriors.
The Rams (9-4) will now prepare for their contest against Grand Ledge (Grand Ledge, MI). The Comets come into the Capital Area - Blue contest with a 2-5 record.
In their next game, the Warriors battle the Lansing Catholic Cougars (Lansing, MI) in a non-league contest, on Monday, February 3. Waverly will attempt to better on its 7-7 season record.
