California High School Basketball - Orland can't hold off Las Plumas

The Las Plumas Thunderbirds nipped the visiting Orland Trojans basketball squad by a final score of 47-44 in Tuesday's league outing.

Next, the Thunderbirds face the Gridley Bulldogs (Gridley, CA) in a Butte View outing, on Friday, January 31. Las Plumas will attempt to upgrade on its 13-7 season record. The Bulldogs enter the outing with a 6-14 record after their 50-31 league loss to Oroville (Oroville, CA).

The Trojans (15-7) will now prepare for their outing against Live Oak (Live Oak, CA). The Lions enter the Butte View outing with a 2-15 record. In their last outing, Live Oak was nipped by Corning (Corning, CA), 37-31, in a league outing.
