The Mabank Panthers basketball team scored 48 points and limited the host Van Vandals to 23 in the Panthers league triumph on Tuesday.

The Panthers now have a 25-6 record. They play next when they host Lindale for a 4A Region II District 15 game on Friday, January 31. Mabank will confront a Eagles team coming off a 41-28 league loss to Canton (Canton, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 15-14.

With the loss, Van falls to 11-20 on the campaign. The Vandals travel to Lindale (Lindale, TX) to confront the Eagles in a 4A Region II District 15 game on Tuesday, February 4. The Eagles go into the game with a record of 15-15. Lindale lost 43-33 in their recent league game against Mabank (Mabank, TX)
