The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Magnolia Blue Eagles (New Martinsville, WV) and the host Wood County Christian Wildcat (Williamstown, WV), observed Magnolia's basketball team overwhelm Wood County Christian by a score of 56-26.

The Blue Eagles (5-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Frontier (New Matamoras, OH). The Cougars come into the non-league challenge with a 10-5 record. In their last challenge, Frontier was routed by River (Hannibal, OH), 51-41, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Wildcat encounter the Paden City Wildcats (Paden City, WV) in a Mason-Dixon challenge, on Friday, January 31. Wood County Christian will attempt to improve on its 3-7 season record. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a 2-7 record after their 54-20 non-league loss to Parkersburg Christian (Parkersburg, WV).
