Minnesota High School Basketball - Maple River knocks off Minnesota Valley Lutheran

In Tuesday's league contest, the host Maple River Eagles basketball team scored a good 71-53 win over the Minnesota Valley Lutheran Chargers.
The Eagles (13-17) will now prepare for their contest against Sargent County (Milnor, ND). The Bulldogs come into the non-league contest with a 11-5 record. In their last contest, Sargent County defeated Hankinson (Hankinson, ND), 45-38, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Chargers battle the Nicollet Raiders (Nicollet, MN) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, January 30. Minnesota Valley Lutheran will attempt to better on its 12-7 season record.
