In Tuesday's league contest, the visiting Newberry Bulldogs basketball team scored a good 47-32 triumph over the Swansea Tigers.
The Bulldogs (7-13) will now prepare for their contest against Silver Bluff (Aiken, SC). The Bulldogs go into the AAA Region 4 contest with a 5-14 record. In their last contest, Silver Bluff was topped by Fox Creek (North Augusta, SC), 36-26, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Tigers battle the Keenan Raiders (Columbia, SC) in a AAA Region 4 contest, on Friday, January 31. Swansea will attempt to better on its 6-7 season record. The Raiders go into the contest with a 13-6 record after their 63-12 league win over Fox Creek (North Augusta, SC).
