Next, the Panthers encounter the Yantis Owls (Yantis, TX) in a 2A Region II District 15 test, on Friday, January 31. North Hopkins will attempt to improve on its 19-6 season record. The Owls come into the test with a 7-19 record after their 38-27 non-league loss to Trinity Christian Academy (Paris, TX).

The (5-14) will now prepare for their test against Cooper (Cooper, TX). The Bulldogs come into the 2A Region II District 15 test with a 14-14 record. In their last test, Cooper was routed by Boles (Quinlan, TX), 44-38, in a league test.
