The Sylvan-Lucas Mustangs basketball team scored 58 points and limited the host Osborne Bulldogs to 51 in the Mustangs league triumph on Tuesday.

The Mustangs now possess a 7-3 record. They play next when they host Otis-Bison for a non-league game on Friday, January 31. Sylvan-Lucas will play a Cougars team coming off a 44-26 non-league loss to Dighton (Dighton, KS). The Cougars record now stands at 3-9.

With the loss, Osborne falls to 7-4 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Lakeside (Downs, KS) to play the Knights in a Northern Plains game on Friday, January 31. The Knights go into the game with a record of 3-10. Lakeside won 36-22 in their recent league game against Lincoln (Lincoln, KS)
