North Carolina High School Basketball - Rocky Mount Prep overwhelmed by Wilson Prep

The Wilson Prep Tigers bounced the visiting Rocky Mount Prep Jaguars basketball squad by a final score of 76-29 in Tuesday's league outing.

Next, the Tigers clash with the North Edgecombe Warriors (Tarboro, NC) in a 1A Tar Roanoke outing, on Thursday, January 30. Wilson Prep will attempt to upgrade on its 14-1 season record. The Warriors come into the outing with a 10-4 record after their 51-48 league win over Warren County (Warrenton, NC).

The Jaguars (5-8) will now prepare for their outing against Weldon (Weldon, NC). The Chargers come into the 1A Tar Roanoke outing with a 5-4 record. In their last outing, Weldon routed Southeast Halifax (Halifax, NC), 49-39, in a league outing.
