Next, the Whippets clash with the Strother Yellowjackets (Seminole, OK) in a Little River test, on Friday, January 31. Varnum will attempt to upgrade on its 13-6 season record. The Yellowjackets come into the test with a 10-10 record after their 56-18 league win over New Lima (New Lima, OK).

The Vikings (9-9) will now prepare for their test against Weleetka (Weleetka, OK). The Outlaws come into the non-league test with a 11-3 record. In their last test, Weleetka overcame Schulter (Schulter, OK), 52-27, in a league test.
