Utah High School Basketball - Waterford can't hold off St. Joseph

St. Joseph Jayhawks (Ogden, UT) supporters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the visiting Waterford Ravens (Sandy, UT), 35-28 in a league match.

With the victory, St. Joseph advances its record to 11-5 on the year. The Jayhawks travel to Freedom Prep Academy (Provo, UT) to face the Eagles in a non-league match on Thursday, January 30. The Eagles enter the match with a record of 2-14.

The Ravens now own a 6-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Wasatch Academy for a non-league match on Thursday, January 30. Waterford will face a Tigers squad coming off a 29-16 league loss to Merit Preparatory Academy (Springville, UT). The Tigers record now stands at 0-8.
