Vardaman Rams (Vardaman, MS) boosters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the host Strayhorn Mustangs (Sarah, MS), 69-5 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Vardaman upgrades its record to 10-12 on the year. The Rams host Hamilton (Hamilton, MS) to face the Lions in a non-league match on Thursday, January 30. The Lions enter the match with a record of 3-14. Hamilton lost 57-18 in their recent league match against East Union (Blue Springs, MS)

The Mustangs now sport a 0-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host Water Valley for a non-league match on Friday, January 31. Strayhorn will face a Blue Devils squad coming off a 50-44 league win over Palmer (Marks, MS). The Blue Devils record now stands at 6-15.
