In Tuesday's league contest, the Willow Glen Rams (San Jose, CA) soccer team edged the visiting Lincoln Lions (San Jose, CA), by a tally of 2-1.
Next, the Rams face the Independence 76ers (San Jose, CA) in a BVAL - Santa Teresa - West contest, on Thursday, January 30. Willow Glen will attempt to advance on its 6-5 season record. The 76ers enter the contest with a 0-6 record after their 5-1 league loss to Gunderson (San Jose, CA).
The Lions (8-6) will now prepare for their contest against Prospect (Saratoga, CA). The Panthers enter the BVAL - Santa Teresa - West contest with a 8-6 record. In their last contest, Prospect held off Westmont (Campbell, CA), 4-3, in a league contest.
