The Hurricanes (1-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Bear Grass Charter (Williamston, NC). The Bears come into the non-league challenge with a 10-5 record. In their last challenge, Bear Grass Charter defeated Holmes (Edenton, NC), 49-32, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Raiders battle the Ocracoke Dolphins (Ocracoke, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, January 30. Hobgood Charter will attempt to improve on its 0-4 season record.
