The Chilhowie Warriors basketball team scored 47 points and limited the host Northwood Panthers to 25 in the Warriors non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Warriors now have a 9-4 record. They play next when they travel to Patrick Henry for a non-league game on Friday, January 31. Chilhowie will confront a Rebels team coming off a 19-18 non-league win over Holston (Damascus, VA). The Rebels record now stands at 8-8.

With the loss, Northwood falls to 2-9 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Rural Retreat (Rural Retreat, VA) to confront the Indians in a non-league game on Friday, January 31. The Indians go into the game with a record of 11-6. Rural Retreat lost 36-33 in their recent non-league game against Honaker (Honaker, VA)
