Next, the Mustangs encounter the Kettle Run Cougars (Nokesville, VA) in a non-league test, on Thursday, January 30. Meridian will attempt to improve on its 10-3 season record. The Cougars come into the test with a 6-4 record after their 44-34 non-league loss to Sherando (Stephens City, VA).
The Eagles (3-8) will now prepare for their test against James Wood (Winchester, VA). The Colonels come into the non-league test with a 4-6 record.
