The Northwestern Wildcats (Albion, PA) basketball were winner over the host North East Grape Pickers (North East, PA), 51-42 in Tuesday's non-league bout.
The Wildcats now possess a 2-0 record. They play next when they travel to Girard for a non-league bout on Friday, January 31.
With the loss, North East falls to 0-3 on the campaign. The Grape pickers host Girard (Girard, PA) to play the Yellowjackets in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 4. The Yellowjackets go into the bout with a record of 0-1.
