In Tuesday's league contest, the host Smith Mountain Lake Christian Academy Ospreys basketball team scored a good 42-32 triumph over the Westover Christian Academy Bulldogs.
The Ospreys (9-1) will now prepare for their contest against Bluestone (Skipwith, VA). The Barons go into the contest with a 5-12 record. In their last contest, Bluestone was toppled by Gateway Christian (Virginia Beach, VA), 63-49, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Bulldogs confront the Timberlake Christian Tornadoes (Forest, VA) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, February 6. Westover Christian Academy will attempt to better on its 2-13 season record. The Tornadoes go into the contest with a 5-5 record after their 48-27 league loss to Smith Mountain Lake Christian Academy (Moneta, VA).
