The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the South County Stallions (Lorton, VA) and the visiting West Potomac Wolverines (Alexandria, VA), observed South County's basketball team overcome West Potomac by a margin of 63-47.

The Stallions (8-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Fairfax (Fairfax, VA). The Lions come into the non-league challenge with a 6-5 record. In their last challenge, Fairfax defeated West Springfield (Springfield, VA), 37-34, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Wolverines battle the Woodson Cavaliers (Fairfax, VA) in a challenge, on Friday, January 31. West Potomac will attempt to better on its 4-6 season record. The Cavaliers come into the challenge with a 8-2 record after their 66-43 non-league win over Alexandria City (Alexandria, VA).
