In Tuesday's league outing, the host Soledad Aztecs soccer squad scored a tight 5-0 victory over the Ceiba College Preparatory Academy Spartans.

The Aztecs (2-6) will now prepare for their outing against Carmel (Carmel, CA). The Padres go into the PCAL - Cypress outing with a 7-4 record. In their last outing, Carmel was overwhelmed by Pacific Collegiate (Santa Cruz, CA), 1-0, in a league outing.

Next up, the Spartans play the Gonzales Spartans (Gonzales, CA) in a PCAL - Cypress outing, on Monday, February 3. Ceiba College Preparatory Academy will attempt to improve on its 4-9 season record. The Spartans go into the outing with a 11-3 record after their 3-0 league win over Monte Vista Christian (Watsonville, CA).
