The Adams Central Patriots basketball team scored 55 points and held the host Aurora Huskies to 41 in the Patriots non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Patriots now sport a 8-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host St. Cecilia for a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 1. Adams Central will battle a Bluehawks team coming off a 53-45 non-league loss to Kearney Catholic (Kearney, NE). The Bluehawks record now stands at 15-4.
The Huskies (10-8) will now prepare for their contest against Waverly (Waverly, NE). The Vikings enter the non-league contest with a 11-6 record.
