The Clinton Maroons (Clinton, IL) basketball felled the host St. Teresa Bulldogs (Decatur, IL), 61-49 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Maroons (10-16) will now prepare for their test against Tuscola (Tuscola, IL). The Warriors go into the non-league test with a 19-4 record. In their last test, Tuscola thwarted Sullivan (Sullivan, IL), 74-25, in a non-league test.
The Bulldogs now own a 7-5 record. They play next when they travel to Sullivan for a non-league test on Monday, January 31. St. Teresa will encounter a Redskins squad coming off a 74-25 non-league loss to Tuscola (Tuscola, IL). The Redskins record now stands at 1-19.
