The Bridgewater-Raynham Trojans basketball team (Bridgewater, MA), was nudged 35-34 in Sunday's non-league battle with the host Newton North Tigers (Newtonville, MA)
The Tigers now sport a 11-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wellesley for a non-league battle on Tuesday, January 31. Newton North will battle a Raiders team coming off a 50-23 league loss to Walpole (Walpole, MA). The Raiders record now stands at 1-4.
The Trojans (9-3) will now prepare for their battle against Dracut (Dracut, MA). The Middies come into the non-league battle with a 8-4 record. In their last battle, Dracut edged Chelmsford (North Chelmsford, MA), 54-47, in a league battle.
